The mixed doubles tournament will be held Saturday Sept 18th and Sunday Sept 19th. The mens and ladies doubles tournaments will be held on the Saturday Sept 25th and Sunday Sept 26th. Matches for all doubles tournaments will be held during the mornings and afternoons of those weekends. The format of the draws will depend on the number of entries. Tennis balls will be provided and there will be prizes awarded to the winners at this year's AGM. The entry fee for the men's, ladies and mixed tournament will be $10 per player and must be paid by two days before the tournament via e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org. When making the etransfer please put a comment to indicate the payment is for the tournament.
To register for one of the doubles tournaments click on the link below to open a google form. If clicking on the link doesn't work simply copy and paste the url into your browser. Follow the prompts to fill it in and then submit. Once you submit the form you will receive a confirmation email that will include a link that will allow you to see which draws other members have entered. If you decide that you wish to change the draw you want to play in send me an email and I will adjust. The deadline to register for the mixed doubles tournament is Wednesday Sept 15th and for the mens and ladies doubles tournament the deadline is Wednesday Sept 22nd. Note that if you are interested in participating in a doubles draw but don't have a partner you can email me and I will try to find a partner for you from a list of interested members.
