Kyrylo Tabunshchyk, director of All Canadian events, announced today that total prize money for the newly developed All Canadian Summer Ontario Open Tour has grown in excess of $23,000 for the 13 events of the tour.

The increase in prize money is due to the sponsorship assistance of the Hydrogen clothing line distributed in North America by Michael Donski and Martin Beran. Hydrogen’s Mike Donski: “ The winners of both the Men’s and Women’s event will receive a Hydrogen clothing sponsorship worth $2000 dollars.” Mike also said that sponsoring the Milton City Open from June 24th-26th is seen as an opportunity to be involved with a great club, the Milton Tennis Club, while providing members with high level Ontario competition.

ONcourt, Canada’s tennis ezine, is presenting the All Canadian Open Tour. The Milton City Open is the third stop of the circuit with initial events in Hamilton at the All Canadian Tennis Centre at HSC and in Burlington at the Burlington Tennis Club.

The Tour, then shifts its focus to Cedar Springs Club in Burlington, where eight $1000 events will take place on a weekly basis from July 4th through August 25th. The final event of the circuit will be ‘The $5000 Harold Green City of Toronto Event ‘ played on the red clay courts of Toronto Tennis City during the Labour Day weekend.

Tabunshchyk, vice-president of All Canadian: “The last two years have created a shortage of events due to the pandemic, leaving many players eager to return to the courts. With the help of our partner clubs and the OTA, we created the Open Circuit, which would allow Ontario’s top juniors to compete.”

ONcourt editor, Laurence Lamarche said:” Our involvement with the All Canadian Summer Ontario Open Tour allows us to further support Canadian initiatives to grow the game of tennis”
