Dear Members,

As we move further into the season, it’s wonderful to see the club energized with activity, strong participation, and a vibrant community spirit.

We’ve had a series of successful social events over the past few weeks, including our Opening Day, the well-attended French Open event, and most recently, a fantastic Ladies’ Night held just last evening. A big thank you to all of our organizers and volunteers who made these events possible, and to everyone who came out to participate and support. These moments truly reflect what makes our club special.

On the competitive side, I’d like to recognize the continued enthusiasm around our Ladies’ Singles and Men’s A tournaments. Congratulations to all the winners and participants, and best of luck to the finalists of the Men’s A tournament – we look forward to an exciting final.

I would also like to extend our appreciation to the Town of Milton for their ongoing support. Recently, they responded promptly to address and fix the fountain leak issue. We are currently working closely with the Town to resolve additional items, including the fence on the north side of Court 8 and lighting improvements. We appreciate their partnership in maintaining and enhancing our facilities.

As a friendly reminder, with occasional unsettled weather conditions, such as drizzle, please exercise caution when using the courts. Your safety is our top priority. Wet courts can be hazardous, and we encourage members to avoid playing under such conditions. If you notice others playing when courts are wet, a polite and friendly reminder would be greatly appreciated.

Lastly, I want to reiterate that your voice matters. If you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to any member of the Board or speak with me directly. We are always here to support you and help ensure the best possible experience for everyone at MTC.
